Seasons greetings

We've had our first group at Hällbergets Äventyr for the season.

Brings a good feeling to see a group of new people challenge themselves, and it's a privilege to be able to help someone push his- or herself to explore their boundaries and overcome some of them.

It does'nt really matter how you do it, as long as you do it.

Challenge your self and allow yourself to grow.
