When booking or taking part in an activity with Trollkraft Adventures you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Bookings

Bookings can be made via e-mail och through the booking service on the website (www.trollkraft.se).

 

Confirmation

After booking the customer will receive a booking confirmation e-mail. Make sure you type your e-mail adress correctly!

 

Prices and Taxes

All prices include 6% VAT.

 

Payment

Payment will be handled via invoice.

Cancellation policy

Standard rate activites

Cancellation fee of 20% is charged if cancelled 24 hours or less before the event.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your experience please see our Cancellation Policy above. If the traveler commits illegal acts, or such behavior occurs that other travelers are bothered Trollkraft Adventures or its representative have the right to reject the customer from further participation in the activity. If this occurs it is the customers obligation to pay for extra transportation, meals, and other expenses and services due to the rejection. Trollkraft Adventures can cancel the trip in extreme weather conditions.

 

Medical information

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, which may impact your ability to participate in a tour you must inform Trollkraft Adventures prior to the booking.

Trollkraft Adventures reserves the right to request further information for the safety of you and your group. Trollkraft Adventures reserves the right to deny you permission to participate in an activity at any time and at your own risk and expense if you are determined unfit to participate in said activity, or you represent a danger to yourself or others.

Please make sure that the activity you have booked is suitable for you. This is your responsibility.

 

Special requirements

If you have any special requirements please let us know at the time of booking. Trollkraft Adventures will try to accommodate reasonable special requirements such as food allergies and similar requests. All food allergies and must be disclosed to us at the time of the booking. If your mobility is limited some of our activities may be inaccessible to you. Ask us if you are uncertain.

Age requirements

If you are under the age of 18 you are considered a minor. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. One adult may accompany up to two minors. The minimum age for minors participating in our activities is 10 years old. The adult company of a minor is responsible for the minors well being for the whole activity.

 

Use of equipment

The customer will be held entirely responsible for any damage caused by excessive force to the equipment. Trollkraft Adventures reserves the right to charge a fee for damaged or destroyed equipment.

 

Insurance

Trollkraft Adventures recommend you have a valid travel insurance during when participating in our activities.

By participating in activities with Trollkraft Adventures you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. When you make a booking you assume responsibility for all such risks and release

Trollkraft Adventures from all claims and causes of action from any losses, damages or injuries resulting from risks inherent in adventure travel.  

Trollkraft Adventures will not be liable for any bodily injury, illness, delay or damage and other loss of personal equipment, clothing and other belongings.

 

Force majeure
Trollkraft Adventures and the traveler has the right to cancel the trip, if it on or near the travel destination, or along the planned route occurs a natural disaster, act of war, general strike or other intervention, which significantly affects the journey's implementation or the conditions of the travel destination at the time of the trip implemented. If such event occurs, the customer is entitled to receive back what he or she paid. If the organizer terminates the trip under these circumstances, the customer is not entitled to damages.
